It seems like every time I leave the boys for just a few minutes, they are getting stuck somewhere. Hank has learned to crawl up into Cooper's toddler bed. If I ever hear Hank crying, I know that he is stuck in Cooper's bed. So far he just cried for me, he hasn't fallen over the edge of the rail yet.
Also here lately Cooper has been crying either in the morning or after his nap. I run in to see what's wrong and every time I find him stuck in his wagon. I got so tickled the first time I found him. He was crying and he looked right at me and said "uck" "elp" (stuck, help). He hasn't learned though because he continues to get stuck in his wagon and then cry.
Here he is signing help
Cooper is much more vocal lately. Last night he even started trying to say his name. He says oopa and points to himself.
Hank isn't really doing anything new. He is still such a mama's boy and needs to be held at all times. He is such a cutie though.

Cooper and Emma
The other day Zac came with me to pick Cooper up from school. He got to see the daily routine of Cooper and Emma running into each other's arms for a big hug. Zac said that was the cutest thing ever and why have I not photographed it and blogged about it? Well, I hadn't thought about it. So today I brought my camera and got the daily hug between Cooper and his mama hen.
The kids are suppose to sit down and wait for their parent to sign them out, then they can come to the gate. Cooper was trying to sit down today and got stuck.
Precious.....
I wish she were not older than Cooper. It will break my heart when she isn't there for him to play with every day.

DS Egg Hunt
Today has been a long but fun day. Hank got sick yesterday, I took him to the Dr and he just has a virus. His fever was still here this morning so I kept him with me throughout Sunday school and church. He was pretty wiggly and not very happy unless I was up moving. Right after church we came home and fed the boys and then went to the Down Syndrome Easter Egg Hunt. This is always a big event. All of our friends are there (although I hardly got to talk to any of them) and it is a fun day at the park. Cooper did really well egg hunting (picking up) this year. He had a bucket full of goodies and didn't want them too far out of his sight. He was also a lot better about being around the Easter bunny. He kept signing rabbit and he would sneak up behind him and rub his leg and then back up real quick. He didn't want the bunny to see him though. For a sick little boy, Hank did very well. After the egg hunt we came home, got the boys in bed and i headed out to drop off my consignment sale stuff. After that Zac and Cooper headed to church and I am staying home with Hank. Ah, long day

Dino Trek
Zac got another half day off today for spring break. He came home and we picked up Cooper together and then took the boys to the zoo to see the new Dinosaur exhibit. We walked around and looked at all the animals first. Cooper kept signing elephant, so we went up to show him the elephant. It came closer to us today than ever before which was nice, Cooper could see it really well. After that we went into Dino Trek. They warned us that it was kind of scary and a lot of kids didn't like it. Not so for Cooper, it was his favorite thing all day. He loved how close the dinosaurs were to us and that they made noise and moved. It was prefect for him. He couldn't figure out what they were though and I had no idea what the sign for dinosaur was. He kept signing elephant, cow, etc. The one thing they all had in common though was their teeth. So Cooper would point to his own teeth and then growl at the dinosaurs when they roared at him. As we were leaving Cooper kept pointing to his teeth and signing "where"? He was asking us where the dinosaurs were. He really enjoyed it. Hank didn't care about anything but was a perfect child strolling along in his stroller.
Right after I snapped this shot, he fell and skinned his knee. His pout was so sad.
