We had a big first day at Magic Kingdom! We got there and walked around for a bit and took some photos. We went straight to tomorrow land and got on the people mover. It was a bit of a rough start for Cooper. He was nervous at Disney this year for some reason. He had some anxiety and it came across as him just asking for home over and over. He loved rides once he did them though and he loved the parades and characters as always. We watched the festival of fantasy parade from frontierland this time and we had great seats. That is always a favorite of ours. Cooper and the boys loved every second of it, especially the dragon! We had lunch at cosmic rays where Cooper could watch the animatronic guy play music. We also got to have our snack at Gaston's Tavern. We have been wanting to go and get the Lefous brew which is kind of like a apple cider slushy. They also have these massive cinnamon rolls that we got. Quinn loved doing pirates of the Caribbean. He wanted everything in the gift shop! When we came out of pirates, it was raining a little so we sat down and gave Cooper some food while Hank and Quinn chased birds in their ponchos. With it being the first day, and Cooper being more nervous than normal, we didn't do a whole lot that day. We skipped the fire works since it was raining and went on back to the hotel. Hank and Quinn loved the rides. They could go all day long. Cooper didn't want to do splash mountain at the end of the night, so since I don't like that ride either, he and I watched from the bridge. This got him in a much better mood. He loved watching the boats come over and make a splash. I was surprised but Hank and Quinn loved it. Quinn said he was afraid of the "scary birds" on the ride but that was it. Hank said it is one of his top 3 favorite rides. We did dinner at Pecos Bills. All of the meals are such large portions. We bought the quick serve dining plan and it is still a ton of food. We ran into some friends from church while we were there. We seem to always see someone we know while at Disney. We went to town square to get Cooper's disability pass. We haven't waited a line all week. With Cooper's pass and the fast passes, we really have it made. Coop got to feeling bad so we went to the first aid area in Crystal Palace. That was a super easy experience, they just dosed out some tylenol for us for free and sent us on our way. Over all, even with a bumpy start, we had a great day!
